We will publish a preview of some sale items on our social media accounts and here on the website and blog. Sale hours will also be posted here.
On the day of the sale, we will have numbers on the door. You may take a number as early as 6am to save your place in line. Return to the line 10 minutes before opening. 5 minutes in inclement weather.

We accept Cash, Paypal, Vemno, Cashapp, Zelle and all Major Credit Cards (credit cards add 3%). NO checks!!! Payment for vehicles must be made in cash, cashiers check or money order from a bank.
Please note that sales tax will be charged on all purchases.

Please park on one side of the street and only park in driveway for active loading.

Please leave your back packs and large bags at home or in car. We WON'T allow large bags unless they are empty to start and emptied when checking out. We encourage open boxes and clear bags.

There is no restroom available.

Please bring tools and help to disassemble and load furniture. 

We will have very limited staff on site to help you load your vehicle. Please be generous and tip those that help you.

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the house.
